Our intent for this site is to foster patient education. We want you to be as informed as possible about your condition and treatment options. Within this site, you will find details and photographs of the conditions we treat, the procedures we frequently perform, how to contact the practice for surgical consultation, and helpful information such as post-operative instructions and directions to our offices.
The field of urology involves a wide range of surgical and nonoperative practice. Focusing on reconstructive and prosthetic surgery of the lower genitourinary tract allows us to offer state of the art surgical care and to participate in the advancement of our field. We offer bladder and urethral reconstruction, surgery to restore male continence, penile implant placement or revision, and surgical repair of Peyronie's disease. Within the Department of Urologic Surgery at Vanderbilt University there are urologists that specialize in other principle areas of urology such as urologic cancer, female urology, robotic or laparoscopic surgery, and stone surgery.
